Workout Routines

Note that it is always important to stretch before AND after a workout. 

I'm going to save you and me from clips of myself doing any workout and provide you with a link to the Engine 2 website that shows how to do these.

 


Walking (I'm not going to link to this, because... well... it's walking!)



It might be a good idea to work out upper body one day and lower body the next. Or do both and then take a break from any resistance training and go for a bike ride, walk or jog.

I recently downloaded the MapMyWalk app for my Android. This is a good idea to keep a log of your activity, get friends to join in and beat their time! There are other apps too for riding and running.
