Cast iron, does that not count as adding oil to the food?
ReplyDeleteOnly when seasoning the pan... Then I suppose there is residual oil to look at, but it shouldn't be enough to be concerned about.
ReplyDeleteI can use a very light amount of spray oil when cooking. I will say that it makes for very pale looking hash browns :)
